"I have tried to order the same thing about 10 different times. The problem with Frys is their inventory is wrong. Each order goes to a specific store and if they don’t have the product they just cancel your order. No sending it to another store to fill or fixing their inventory problem. So if you then go online their website will tell you that they have stock and can ship, but since the inventory is wrong (not fixed from the first mess up) it sends your order to the same store. They will then cancel your order...again. When I asked if they could send my order to another store, they said no and hung up. WTH. Terrible online presence...might as well close the website. Pathetic. "

"Order was placed online and paid for after the shipping confirmation was sent and the order was processed. I was called and told that they only had had used items that they could not sell. No offer was made to substitute items or to upgrade.

"Purchased a Brother Printer on line. Was a bit confused during check out that the printer may have been a display model. Called customer service. Rep tried to put me in touch with the store it would be shipped from, but was unable to get in contact with them. Rep then took the time herself to research my request and did find out it was a display model. I decided not to purchase the item and the Rep quickly cancelled my order. Though I did not make the purchase I am very pleased with the dedication to a potential customer."

"I placed an order for projector clocks three times and each time Fry's had a problem and I did not receive the clocks on each order. Each time Fry's failed to contact me in a timely manner. In addition, the web site does not work I had to call each time to place the order.
