"Got a call from a strange number asking me for personal information. I have learned the hard way not to provide information over the phone.I chose to give partial information. It was suggested for me to call a number which I did. I was ask for information about the order, was still uncomfortable but answered some questions and ask some, called back the next day and was told the order was canceled. I said to myself "forget you Frys".

"After ordering my computer table, i got an acknowledgement of my order followed by confirmation of UPS to deliver my product followed by a cancellation by Fry's that my product was not available. After 30 years of shopping at Fry's, I guess it has come to an end. Sorry to see the concept fail."

I called in to see what the issue was, but was told, "Oh, we're out of stock."
Maybe you can do a better job of clearing out of stock items so I don't waste my time that would be super helpful!

"4 attempts to make a purchase of items listed as available only to press final button and then told it's not available. Then 2 attempts to purchase that indicated as completed. 1st UPS confirmation received, 2nd I return a call to confirm the purchase. Both later canceled as the items selected were damaged. Total aggravation and now I have a $100 gift card that's been impossible to use. I had to get the gift card because frys doesn't accept the frys credit account. No more online shopping for me."
