"I ordered several items, one of which was backordered. The whole shipment was held up for the backordered item. I had to ask, via email after I got tired of waiting, when my order would be arrive; they told me a few weeks, but it would have been nice if they told me without asking, and told me before ordering that the whole shipment would be held up. I'm still waiting."

"BULB PRICE HIGH, BUT SHIPPING COST WAS EXORBITANTLY HIGH. PROMPT SERVICE AND QUALITY OF LIGHT IS EXCELLENT. THIS IS THE SECOND REPLACEMENT BULB WE HAVE ORDERED SINCE PURCHASING THE LAMP ABOUT FIVE YEARS AGO. BEING AWAY IN FLORIDA FOR SIX MONTHS EVERY YEAR, IT SEEMS AS THOUGH THE BULBS DON'T HAVE THE LIFE THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE."

"Excellent! I love the product (BlueMax Sunrise system) and I am going to order a 2nd one soon for one of my adult children. I also have been raving about it at work and at least one co-worker obtained information on ordering one. I had excellent customer service - it was delivered VERY quickly and I needed an extra bulb that was also delivered VERY quickly! Thank you

"Received floor lamp in 6 days,packaging was excellent,no breakage.Assemble was somewhat made differcult by having to double over wiring and forcing into lamp shaft at 2 locations.
[how does one not PINCH wiring to make fit?]After assemble,lamp worked fine after 2 hour burn in.Lamp finish is excellent and lighting fits my needs,todate am very satisfied.

"The light was well packed.

I left a message with customer service when I took it out of the package and wanted to use the light. The bulb does not fit into the lamp as it should but I can make it fit so it will light up because I wanted to use the light.Don't know if I'm fully receiving what is stated in your information. I'm disappointed that no one has returned the call.
