"Parts ordered 6/26/2018 -- emailed customer support 7/6/2018; quickly repiled the parts were in and at their shipping department -- today 7/20/2018; after another email about status/shipping there was no contact about the order. I can only assume something is wrong and filed a dispute with Norton Protection Service. I didn't read the reviews for this company prior to ordering and I am sorry for it now.

"Received tailgate I was told had to be shipped primer to avoid scratches. I receive my primered tailgate with 2 huge dents! Cost me $167 to have dents repaired. I shoukd of just ordered local and painted for same price. These guys are a joke! "

My car has been out of commission this whole time. I tried calling them multiple times with no answer. I even left a voicemail. "Terrible customer service! When I placed my order the item showed as being in stock and would ship the next day. A few days went by and still no part. When I checked the status online the ETA said "N/A" and the Status was "On Hold". Tried calling customer service numerous times and they don't answer their phone! I sent them an e-mail and they responded 8 hours later informing me that their parts specialist has attempted to reach out to me several times to inform me the part is on backorder and did I want to wait or cancel my order. Not sure how they "attempted" to reach me - perhaps by a crystal ball because I never received a phone call or e-mail from them. Don't waste your time ordering from this company! "
"Placed my order on 5/08/18 it’s now 5/29/18 order still processing can’t talk to anyone my order is on hold for no apparent reason. Can’t get any answers save your money go to your local dealer and save the outrageous shipping and handling charges. "
"I file a claim for sending me wrong items. After taking to them, GM customer service told me to send the items back so that they can issue me a refund, which I did. Since them no one has call me and give me any update. When I called no one pick up the phone or sometimes someone take down my information and said they will call me. Is been more them a month i am trying to get help but no one care about it. "
"I ordered a trailer hitch for my truck. When it finally arrived after two weeks, lo and behold it is the wrong part and does not fit my truck. I’ve double checked the web site which says I ordered the correct part for my vehicle. It has been two weeks since I received the part. I have called everyday and no one ever answers. I have left multiple messages and e- mailed them 4 times. I have never gotten a response. At this point I don’t know what to do with this 230.00 hitch that is worthless to me, and I can’t get ahold of anyone to return it. I guess I’ll have to figure out what this part fits and try to sell on eBay and take what I can get for it. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered, to the point I’m thinking this is a scam! I wish there was some recourse I could take. I will never deal with this company again. And I wish there was a better way to warn others. Please do not order anything from this company. Nothing but a scam."

"i oredered two inner handles (oh sh*t handles). I recieved one after waiting a week for the in stock product to even be processed after two weeks I finally received a package. They sent one handle not the two I ordered and payed for. On top of that the box they sent it in was a tresame box which is the shampoo company. On top of being that type of box they overly taped it in a very bad beaten box. I've tried calling back several times and each time it says that "all operators are busy helping other customers at the moment" and to "wait till the next operator is available" then rings two more times and then sends me to a voice mail that also says to "either leave a voice mail or an email". Never again will order from them!! "
"I've ordered from them twice both times including this last time it took them weeks to ship a 'in stock" not back ordered part. I would avoid at all costs there better solutions out there. Oh and don't expect to speak or receive a response to your customer support queries they don't respond "

"I called 4 times today to ask a question about a part. Was trying to spend about $100. A rep never answered a call, and the recorded message said to leave a number (which I did each time). It also said someone would return my call "promptly". It is now 7pm and - crickets. I spent my money elsewhere. "
"I ordered a 4x4 actuator for a 94 Chevy. Part # 26013495 on 3/15/2018. Using VIN# For correct part. The part was 165.02 Shipping of 6.05. A discount code for 5% off. Total 162.82 Still cheaper than at dealership for 243.28 The part that came was a 26060073 cost on there web site 118.93. Left 2 messages. 1 on 3/19/2018 the day the wrong part came. 1 at 8:30 am on 3/20/2018. No prompt response. Called back at 10:30 finally got thru. They told me this is the replacement for old part #. Also prices change daily. That I was changed the right price. Also that I would need to get a 3 digit code off the front axle. So that I can order a wiring harness to adapt this actuator that they sent me. I asked to return the wrong actuator. They emailed me a return label. And would put 140.27 back into my account in 3-5 business days. This was the 4th time I had ordered from them and it will be my last. Found the exact part 26013495. New for 112.00 on eBay. STAY AWAY FROM GM PARTS DIRECT. Just a 22.55 lesson for me."
"Ordered a windshield motor. Sent it to me a few days later but it came with a broken cable housing. I asked to return the item for a refund and they said no. After quoting their return policy to them that is posted on their website they are now asking me for pictures. I sent them, showing the broken housing. Now they want more... just keep giving me their run-around for their mistake."
"I ordered a taillight assembly for my 2017 Chevy Cruze and with no color choice indicated at the time of order, the wrong part came in. The Cruze has black plastic molding on some models, mine has gray. GM Parts Direct responded to my email quickly and inspected the replacement to make sure it was the correct part prior to sending it. Aside from taking the time to return the incorrect item and wait for the replacement, I am giving 5 stars because through the process Jason was quick to respond and kept me posted of the progress and time line. The error was not their fault; Chevy does not have a color choice for the two different GM part numbers, I checked two other websites and the color choice was not mentioned or indicated there either."
