"Purchased this 20"i-mac on 8/20/12. was delivered within about 4-5 days. Product was packaged very very well. This was great as there was no shipping damage which i appreciate. The computer so far is working great. The price was also great. A lot less then a new i-mac. This is my first i-mac and i love it. I purchased the 90 day warranty but so far have not had to use it. I ordered the cheapest laptop and added a few small specs and ended up with the same laptop, but with better specs. I am thoroughly impressed with that. I did have to call customer service once and speak to the sales department to get an update on estimated shipping. I would work on expanding your customer service, you can tell the people there really want to get you off the phone and sound over worked.
