"At first, I was very pleased with Gainsaver as I rec.'d the unit rather quickly. I bought a Macbook Pro from Gainsaver Sept. 2012. The unit worked fantastically until about 2 weeks ago (Sept. 2013). I paid around $700 for the unit. When I brought the unit to my local Apple store for diagnosis, I was told it would cost my $310 to fix, that that unit was at the end of its life, and that fairly soon, the unit would no longer be supported by Apple. I have attempted to contact them again to rectify the issue and that if it is not favorably rectified, I will not only contact the BBB to report but will also contact my state's Attorney General's office to report it there as well. VERY poor customer service!! You'd think they would want to take care of these issues to avoid customer service complaints - obviously, they are just another "take the money and run" operation."
