"astonished. This is the best I have been treated by an internet company yet. Purchased a groce ti 4800 (FOR 196$), had a problem with the credit card (my fault, gave wrong date)called them and they shipped it that day (even had me a tracking number). Took 3 days to get here and was EXACTLY what was advertised. Recomended"

"I've seen chimps at the circus more organized than these folks. I cannot think of how my service could have been worse. No notice of my order being backordered until I decided to call them a week later, and good luck trying to call them. After I cancelled the order the dumb a**es still shipped the order. Save your self some time and grief, shop somewhere else... anywhere else..."

"I ordered a Enermax EG465P-VE FMA power supply. I was sent the Enermax EG465P-VE FC instead. Called up customer support, inquired, and filed a RMA request. I called up two days later to inquire on my RMA request for update. I was told that the item is no longer in stock nor are they going to carry it. Instead of going through the trouble of shipping the item back and finding another store with it, I asked to be credited the difference since the FC model is $5 cheaper than the FMA version. And I decided to keep the power supply. The customer support rep was very understanding in following this through. Though I wish that the store itself would let buyers know first and beforehand if the item was in stock so that the buyer can have the option of either cancelling the order or be suggested of a different/similar model instead. I do not like to be given a similar model and still be overcharged for the actual price that they charge for. But it'd make the buying and shipment process a lot easier to handle if they can just let the buyer know first about any minor problem."

"Made me wait on 2 out of 3 orders, all for video cards. Don't trust them when they say something is in stock, or when they say we have so-and-so left of that model.
Despite charging my card almost immediately, I received no emails nor phone calls letting me know that my order was out of stock and on back order for an unknown amount of time.

" Another Great Experience with GameVE (value Express)
I have so far ordered a Geforce4 ti4200, 512MB ultra GEIL ddr pc2700, and an XP2100+ with no trouble whatsoever. AND THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST ON THE INTERNET!!They are great about Emails, they really are a suprise to me in this internet/stranger marketplace. They really get my Personal Choice Award :O)

"This was my worst experience ever with an online reseller. I placed an order for a Geforce4 and was sent the wrong card. Mistakes happen, I know, so I did the RMA (the person on the telephone *REFUSED* to give me an RMA number over the phone, I was *REQUIRED* to go through the tedious online process and re-explain my problem). After sending the video card back (at my expense), I received another of the same, exact, wrong card. After a very frustrating game of e-mail and telephone tag with the people at gameve.com, I finally got a shipping label and the right card out of them. However, I was billed twice, then credited--all, of course, to make the return more convenient for the person at gameve.com. Overall this was a disappointing experience and I have vowed to never again do business with these people."

"I am building a comp. and decided on the Asus A7N8X-DX as mt mother.
After searching on pricewatch for the best price. I had about 4 companies to choose from, and Gameve had the best feedback. I ordered the board on 1-9-03 and it shipped on 1-10. I received it today and and was very happy to see no damage to the box at all. Everything was there like it was supposedto be. So with the great service I received from gameve I most recommand them as a place to purchase from now and in the future.
