"A notice was sent immediately when payment was received and less than twenty minutes later, they notified me that the replacement cover for my gazebo was already being shipped. The next day I received an e-mail telling me when it would arrive. The cover is made from what appears to be a heavy ripstop-like material with drainage grommets whereas the original didn't have them and rotted in those areas. The install wasn't difficult but I would recommend having some help just the same. I highly recommend their products and I commend them on their prompt and courteous service. "

"Very happy with the replacement cushions I ordered. My only tiny complaint would be that the seat part of the cushion was not quite as long (side to side) as the original. Also If there was someway to add a velcro tie to each of the cushions that would attach to the back frame work would be awesome. We live in such a windy area that they are constantly being blown onto the ground unless I put a tie strap over them to hold them on."
