"I needed to replace a two-tier cover for a gazebo I bought three years ago at Orchard Supply Hardware. I attempted to get a rough measurement and determine what cover I needed and used the chat feature on the Web site to seek assistance. I gave them what little information I had and they asked a couple of questions and for me to send a photo of the gazebo. The next day they told me what I needed and sent me the link to order it. "A notice was sent immediately when payment was received and less than twenty minutes later, they notified me that the replacement cover for my gazebo was already being shipped. The next day I received an e-mail telling me when it would arrive. The cover is made from what appears to be a heavy ripstop-like material with drainage grommets whereas the original didn't have them and rotted in those areas. The install wasn't difficult but I would recommend having some help just the same. I highly recommend their products and I commend them on their prompt and courteous service. "
