Downfall is there is no zippers to remove to wash them. Color was not the same in pics too light be careful they wanted over 200 to ship back. So im going to see if i can take off cushions and dye them

"I am a repeat customer of this company. I have found that their products are well made, using reasonably sturdy material and the website is very well designed. I would have rated them five stars, but this time my e-mails requesting information on the product (x2) were unanswered. Due to the size and weight of the products returns and exchanges are very expensive. A simple response via e-mail to a question may well prevent the need for that. I hope the co. can address this issue in the future. "
