"After looking at the manufactures web page and calling them to see if they had made any improvements to their gazebo top, I discovered Garden Winds. The original company has the same stuff, no improvements. Knowing that it would not last, I decided to give Garden Winds a try. I was impressed at what I could see on line and decided I had nothing to loose if I wasn't happy. Once I was able to get some backup help I put the new top on and I must say, I am impressed at how well it fits and how nice it looks. The top is a bit shorter on the sides and the vent top is a bigger but I made it work. My suggestion to improve on your fine product would be two things. The velcro tabs need to be about one inch longer and there needs to be more added, one between all the corners and the center for better snugness. This is where all my previous tops have failed because the rain collected there and just ended ripping to shreds. I hope you'll at least consider this. I have told everyone I know that has a gazebo about your company and product.
The ordering was simple, pick where you bought it and what model and the work was done. Shipping was fast and the product arrived when it was suppose to. On line you have instructions for installation, it would be nice to have them included and also a packaging list."

"After scouring the internet for yet another canvas cover for my old gazebo...I happened upon your website for replacement covers which didn't looked familiar to me. After further reading, it stated that the material was a rip stop...something I've never heard of but makes more sense that the old standby canvas. After weighing the pros & cons of ordering from Canada (the dreaded exchange rate), & your offer of *free delivery*, I decided to give it a go! It's Beautiful! Great Quality, firm feeling material & I love the colour I picked as well...terracotta. I will definitely order this product again when the time comes but I have a feeling that it won't be for awhile! ;)

I wanted to order something to be sent to the vacation home but since my banking and credit card info was based on the permanent address, I was not allowed to ship the items to the secondary address. I was offered the option of paying by check so the items could be sent but that solution added several days to the order and the timeframe couldn't be met.
