"We have two homes, permanent and vacation. I wanted to order something to be sent to the vacation home but since my banking and credit card info was based on the permanent address, I was not allowed to ship the items to the secondary address. I was offered the option of paying by check so the items could be sent but that solution added several days to the order and the timeframe couldn't be met.

"I have a cantilever umbrella that needed a canopy replacement and Garden Winds had exactly what I was looking for, and it looks beautiful. My only complaint is that since I did not have a model number for my original canopy, I needed customer support to identify which was the correct replacement. I sent many photos, taken from different angles, and described in detail the setup of the umbrella. The Garden Winds representative recommended a particular replacement, but from the website photos, it did not appear to even be close to what I needed. I went with my own best guess and ordered a different model which turned out to be the right one, and as I said, the product is superb! Very happy with the end result!"

"I have ordered a couple replacement cushions for the same piece over the years. While they are well sewn, they typically only last 1-2 years outside. I wish an outdoor fabric was available for withstanding wear and tear better. Also, the cushion is very difficult to replace on the swing and impossible to bring in for weather protection. I would prefer that it were made with very strong Velcro tabs to enclose the pockets instead of sewn on pockets for the poles to run through. "
