"We ordered a replacement canopy. Twice. Both orders were wrong. The receipts indicated the correct size but neither canopy fit our frame and both measured differently than the specs we'd ordered. Such a hassle. We finally just ordered one from Target. Cheaper, and it fits!"

"I called and was told cover was in stock and overnight would arrive on Monday. Actually overnight should have arrived on Saturday.
Tuesday was the 4th of July and I called on Wednesday to check on shipment which always said label printed awaiting pick up by shipper. After pressing phone person, I was told package was not scanned. Well obviously it sat at dock Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. After a little back and forth she says do you still want it because I am about to miss getting out for shipment for Friday. So I spent about $68 for overnight when normal charge of $9.50 would have gotten me cover as fast.

Now after the first rain, I read sheet in box that suggest a grommet around cover might help! Why don't you put it there to begin with?
Surely you know the design flaws by now for covers!
