However, our delight turned to chagrin because we received a mismatched bunch of pads. We'd ordered a beige set (for two chairs, two ottomans and a loveseat.) The chairs and ottoman pads were beige but the loveseat was lime green. I phoned as soon as I realized, was instructed to send pictures, which I did. The word came back that they were out of stock. I was offered a green set (which we didn't want) or a complete refund. I notified them that I would like a complete refund, thinking I would reorder later for next summer; and I reminded the company that I would need some recall tags so that the mismatched set could be returned. That was when I learned that returns would not be required! (Guess it's cheaper to take the loss than to pay for the return.) So we have a mismatched set. When they fade out, I'll reorder from this Company, who was prompt, apologetic, and polite through the whole process.
