"Everything went smoothly until we received the canopy. We had send a photo of our swing minus the canopy and frame, all of which had blown off during the past winter storms. Apparently the picture was not adequate, because we received the canopy only - but not the frame and hardware. We have returned the canopy, as it is useless without the frame to attach it to the swing. "

"Received the replacement canopy knowing that it would not be a perfect fit, due to modifications I made on the gazebo frame.
The replacement canopy does have some very weak points, mainly the areas where the grommets are sewn in. The stitching is not done well and it will only be a matter of time before it tears. Secondly, the grommets do not allow rain water to flow. The water collects and pools wherever the grommets are situated. I have to manually push the fabric up to allow the water to drain. For good drainage, more grommets need to be inserted in the right places. I will have to do this on my own. I'll have to modify much of the design to get this to work right, but it's still adequate for the price. The canopy does keep the sun from beating down as our gazebo has a Southern exposure, and that's why we replaced the original (not from Garden Winds). Design of the canopy can be much better if effort is applied before selling the product. I will do my own modifications to make it work."

"I am so grateful that Garden Winds had a canopy to replace my very old and tattered and weather worn canopy. However, the customer service was less than satisfactory. I received my canopy and it did not come with directions on how to install. It is quite complicated to install properly. When I called to ask, the customer service rep gave me completely incorrect information saying that it only attached on the ends leaving the rest of the canopy to flap in the wind. Upon doing more research I figured out how to install it but it would have been extremely helpful if I was given more information the first time around. "

Both fit perfectly. the ordering process was completely painless; with pictures of nearly all swings and canopies ever made. I should have just purchased a brand new set that included EVERYTHING!! I went a head and ordered it online to only be declined because my credit card had a billing address of a PO Box instead of my physical address. I called and was told they had to have a card that had my physical address for my order to be processed which I provided. Come to find out they charged the original credit card that I had provided online. Ugh!! "

"It seems such as waste that the companies that sell the outdoor gazebos, umbrellas, etc., don't carry any replacement parts for when the coverings rot or are damaged.
This is the second cover for my gazebo Garden Winds has supplied. If they didn't exists I would have had to toss out the frame since Lowe's where the gazebo was originally purchased, doesn't carry new canvas covers.
The ordering process is quick and painless. The replacement arrived quickly. The new top is a little more snug than the original and my first replacement 6 years ago but it went on quickly and relatively little effort (it takes 2-3 people)."
