"I ordered a canopy for an older gazebo. The package arrived on time and well packaged. As I was putting it on, it is extremely tight. The top vent canopy ripped at the seam, I was able to sew it while it was in place. The corners on the main canopy are so tight that the corner Velcro can not be pulled far enough to attach it to the vertical corner poles. All the horizontal Velcro holders are just fine. The fabric the canopy is made of is much better than the last canopy I ordered, from another company. This canopy does work and looks nice, I just wish it had an extra inch on each side for a more secure Velcro attachment. It is now up and I'm happy to have found a company that still has this product in stock. Thank you!"

"Customer Service 5 Stars, 6 if I could give it, the product only a soft 3. First top I received was defective, called company and a replaced was sent immediately, outstanding. The top however leaks through all the seams, even after thoroughly spraying with Silicone. In looking up, you can see each stitching hole is too big for the size of the tread used, like the needle used was too "fat". I waited for the tread to swell and fill in the holes, but it never happened. My disappointment is the original top lasted 7 summers and never leaked, rain or shine it was always used. I hope Garden Winds corrects this manufacturing problem, because you can't beat their service. "
