"The product arrived very timely in July 2016. It took some time for me to get the canopy and screen in place with the help of a neighbor so I did not return the product when the canopy portion did not fit. It was advertised as a 10' x 12', but appeared to be made to fit a 10' x 10'. The screen that was included fit fine. In fact was a little larger in width than needed, but OK. But the main reason I am writing a review on this product is so others know that the screen did not last more than 7 months before it started to fall apart. First, holes began to appear in the screen and then the elastic ties that hold the screen back just deteriorated and fell apart when used. Unfortunately the canopy which never fit appears to be holding up even in month 9."
