"I had no trouble finding the replacement canopy for my pergola (the is my third canopy). I was pleased to find upgrades in fabric and went with the ripstop version.

As a "universal" canopy it comes with a few grommets to release rain water, but also comes with the recommendation that more may be needed. I do need more, and I know exactly where the water will puddle; but didn't want to do anything to harm the canopy's integrity. So I called Customer Support and was told essentially that I was on my own. "Go to Lowe's or Home Depot, somebody there will know what you need."

It would have been nice to have a specific recommendation for a quality tool set and process that would let me solve my water problem without harming the canopy, either by inferior grommet insertion or grommet numbers that might cause a weakness in the canvass. Even easier if Garden Winds had such a set in the product line."
