"When ordering we went by the product sizing that Garden Winds supplies - where you purchased the original frame and the style name - we even had the original box the gazebo came in. When we received the canopy we put it up and it was about 6" too small on two of the cross frames. We also paid for the "extra" upgrade on the fabric. We took down the canopy and there were tears on almost every section. It didn't even last 6 months. When we called to see if they would do anything about the sizing and the poor quality their customer service said we could send it back but we had to pay for the shipping and they would not replace it. That was a slap in the face. Bottom line - very bad quality and customer service."
