"I was trying to order the swing seat, not just the canopy. I have been working to restore an old rusted swing I was given, and it was finally ready for that last piece. Looking online, I was surprised to discover that Garden Winds is pretty much the only place to get these things, so they can price them however they want to, but when I saw the photos matching my swing, I didn't think $70 plus tax and shipping was too over the top. All of the photos zoomed in on the swing, so I was confident that I had the correct item.
I watched the tracking and was so excited for the delivery of the package, but when it arrived, it was this small light box (totally torn and ripped apart), containing just the swing canopy. I was so sad, and to top it off, there is nowhere on the site to choose an option for returns. I had to repackage the canopy in my own box, and pay the $10 fee to send it back.
I think the worst part is that since Garden Winds is still the only place online to find the swing parts, when I am abe to come up with the $140 (plus tax and shipping), I will have to order from them again."
