"We ordered a new Replacement Canopy for our Sam's Club Sheridan Grill early Saturday morning without an problems. The young lady that took our order was pleasant and
seemed somewhat new to Customer Service but did her best to take our order. We
gave her the information she needed to determine what we were ordering but when it was time to pay for our order, she told us that the Shipping for GROUND SERVICE was $9.50.
I explained that the rate for ground shipping was published clearly and boldly marked at $8.50, on the page with the rest of the Shipping Policies, to which she repeated that it was $9.50. We pointed this out to the C/S Rep, but she did not give any explanation as to why the discrepancy and again repeated the charge was $9.50. We then told her she should tell someone in Sales the published rate should be corrected and after some hesitation, she reluctantly said she would notify Sales. We declined to argue any further with her and finished making our purchase. The replace canopy arrived a couple of days later and was an perfect replacement for our canopy. "
