"Do to strong winds the canopy top that came with the frame from sunjoy tore. I ordered a replacement from wayfair and although it was 10x10 it did not fit. When ordering from gardernwind, it was as simple as sending them a picture of the frame and they immediately recommended a replacement. It came in timely and fits perfect. I can see the riplock technology in the canopy. I believe it will last several seasons. I recommend this to anyone who is like me who does not do measurements etc."

Did as requested with the photo etc. They came up with a best fit and explained how they did that.
I placed the order and it came promptly. Questions again answered by customer service via the above stated methods.
I replaced the old with the new a little bit of a tight fit but it did fit.

"I emailed first to see which canopy to order for our swing. They sent me a link to the proper fit and I ordered one. The downside is that it took a while to get here but once it did it fit perfectly and we can enjoy our swing again. The beige color is basic enough to go with many other designs. The quality seems to be good. It should last a while."

"The original canopy was of a different quality: thicker, the stitches were larger and made with thicker threads, the impregnation against water was stronger. After each season, it was serviced (cleaning, checking the stitches, folding for storage). Before the season - treatment with a water-repellent aerosol. This is probably why this canopy has served me for 17 years without losing quality and shape. Only the last strong gale-force wind has damaged the canopy sleeves. Thanks to the manufacturer. The new canopy is made from a different fabric (probably synthetic), But, I expect the same quality from the new canopy as well. Let's see..."
"We bought a gazebo in 2018. We had to replace the canopy once in 2019 and once this year (2022) you have to buy it directly from them because generic ones won’t fit (intentionally) the price of canopy’s is almost as much as buying a whole new gazebo set. I ordered this years in May. I was told it would be backordered til Mid June. Mid June comes and goes with no email update. I call and am told it won’t be in until mid July now. No other color or other option available so it’s wait or buy an entirely new gazebo. Extremely disappointed. Will never buy again. "
