"We bought it to replace the canopy on our Hampton Bay gazebo. Works great!"
"Directions were not included.
That is what made it difficult.
It looks beautiful on the swing."
"As soon I picked up the box I new that this was not even close to what I had originally. The material is so thin, plus I have to remove it anytime there is a strong wind?? Our last canopy lasted over 20 years with no issues. Just age got it. And Was NEVER taken down. I am so disappointed in the quality of the material you provide plus the cost. It's in US dollars so not only am I having to pay more for this while returning this I will be charged $45US plus the cost of paying to return it! $90. BUYER BEWARE. No wonder there weren't any reviews showing. TERRIBLE Business. Never again. "
"Very pleased with our replacement Canopy cover."
"Literally tore the second day it was up and it wasn’t even windy. Super frustrating. Hopeful they will offer a replacement."
"I have been a customer for 7 years and am always amazed by the products and services. "
"Quick turn around, but poor fitment. Need to contact customer service with photos. The replacement canopy appears to be too small and the one opening is off by a couple of inches as well."
"Supposed to fit our Garden Treasures 11' umbrella but comes up about 3-4" short from being able to connect to the frame. Returning it."
"It was okay… I would have preferred an exact fit. "
"This is the second replacement umbrella we have purchased. The quality is fine as well as the fitament."
"Prompt and courteous service. Thank you!"
"Top came in but have not tried to pot it on yet. Ordered matching pillows that didn’t come. Called and nobody answers. Glad they weren’t expend but would not recommend the company or order from them again. "
"We needed a new top for our BBQ gazebo. I was happy to see that it was still available for the one we have. We ordered one from here 3 years ago and it held up well. Not disappointed in the new one at all. Will order again....."
"The canopy was shipped all but immediately and I received it as was promised. The product itself is nice but not exactly what I had in mind. It is more of a fabric type than the canvas type of the original. Unfortunately, mine didn't fit - and it should have. I suppose that it might have fit had I pulled and stretched it, but in my case, it just was NOT going to fit without an amount of persuasion - which I wasn't going exert. I just felt that undue pressure on the fabric was going to pull the seams out and cause issues down the line.
I went to YouTube to see if maybe, just maybe, there was a video to show me that I didn't know what I was doing and there certainly were some rubes on there recommending that you cut off parts of the framing posts and the like. Unfortunately, I felt it better to return the canopy before I decided to make "alterations" to the product. I was half-tempted to keep it and open up the loops that that framing slides through and then, putting velcro-type strips on it to attach and remove the canopy easier. I talked myself out of that.
Anyway, it appears I'll be taking the frame to "tent and awning" and have them charge me $300 for a canopy on a swing that might draw $25 at a yard sale. We'll see how Garden Winds handles the return and I'll update this after. Right now, it's a 4 star. Anyway, thanks for reading."
"The new canopy fit our older swing cery well. I was surprised how thin the material was compared to original canopy, but it is performing very well and keeps you dry in a light rain. "
