"I called in and gave the rep the EXACT MODEL NUMBER of the unit i had. She asked me where i bought it and what size. After responding SHE GAVE ME the model number of the canopy that was needed to fit my unit with the only difference to be was the style of fabric. I ordered with expedited shipping........ and it was WRONG. the size was completely different. Called in to speak with the manager ANGELA who fought me tooth and nail to do a return with a credit for shipping. She says I should've known what i was ordering. And according to her i was suppose to know the size, even though i clearly gave them the model and they gave me the part number. i paid for expediting shipping and they even wanted to charge me $10 to ship it back. Ridiculous, horrible customer service even though I told them i was still willing and needed to purchase the correct canopy top.
Even the picture on the link looks exactly like what i expected to receive, but again the length looks nothing like what i received. I asked her what if my 70 year old mother called in to be assisted in ordering a canopy, would she expect my mom to get on a ladder and measure what she has if SHE HAS THE EXACT MODEL NUMBER and all i got from her was comical responses on helping my mom. I've filed with Capital One, i dont care how long it takes to settle i will not be responsible for shipping on an item number that i was told to place. Suggest AMAZON at least if its wrong you wont have to fight city hall to get your money back."

Then they delivered on The following Wednesday. They said a scheduled delivery isn't a confirmed delivery. Who knew? Playing games with terminology is costly to customers who miss work to accept delivery... Choose your shipper carefull! USPS is more sensitive to the customer. They tell you when delivery will occur and follow through.m"
