I have the Sams Club screened gazabo that I take down every winter so it is about 10 years old now and this is the second replacement canopy I have had to purchase and it fits perfectly and the quality of the material is even better than what I got when it was purchased brand new. "Ordered canopy via web sight put in model # and 2 swings came up, a 2 person and a 3 person swing I clicked on the 2 person swing read info had 3 grades to chose from I chose the middle canopy When package arrived I proceeded to install new canopy which would not fit (too small) read the return policy packaged the item to return Called customer service got recording stating I was 5th in line 47 minutes later got customer service which proceeded to advise me they have no listing for that model So I returned for refund, Monday 7/11 got a response from garden treasures stating a bad return of a bad grommet which I was surprised to see for it never got put on swing for the fact that I wasn't able to get it installed on frame let alone attach frame to swing All I know is I'm out $64.00 for no refund, a possible bad grommet from the start my mistake I didn't inspect product after removing from package , but for another $10.00 they will send the canopy back to me (it cost them $8.95 to ship Consumer beware"
"When we received and put the screens up there was a hole in the bottom of on of the screen panels and there was long strings hanging in a number of places. My husband contacted the company and they said if we send them pictures they will send us a new replacement. He feels that your Quality Control department did not do their job. I am going to send the pictures as an attachment to either this email or a separate one. "
"Great service got my gazebo canopy right away however it didn't fit So I sent it back. It cost me $33.00 to send UPS to garden winds and they kept $45.00 for the shipping and handling from when they sent it to me. In all essence it cost me $78.00 for nothing!! If anyone has to order pleased be informed to measure twice and pay once. I was really hoping it would fit and was very disappointed in how I went about this

"The qulaity seems as advertised and the shipment arrived quickly but although it was the correct canopy, it was a little off on the fit, enough that I had to CUT the metal rods of the frame to make the canopy fit over all the attachment points. That is VERY disappointing consider the canopy was not exactly cheap."

"I ordered what I thought was an exact matching replacement canopy for one of two canopies in my yard. The picture on the website was perfect. I received the same style but not matching color when the canopy arrived. After contacting customer service and getting a quick reply, I read all the fine print details on the ordering page where it states "original color not available". This would have been fine to know in advance, but the picture on the website should show the REAL color that will be shipped, not the ORIGINAL color that can't be gotten. Frustrating. "
