"The quality of the canopy cover was solid. We had no complaints about the color or the quality of the fabric. The problem is, although it was a two-tiered, rectangle, 10x12 feet canopy cover, our pop-up second tier is much larger than the cut-out on this replacement. We tried to make it fit, but it just isn't going to stay on. If a strong gust of wind were to come by, the canopy would blow off. As such, we hope to find another cover that fits better. "

"I ordered what I believed to be the correct replacement canopy for my gazebo based upon the detailed description on the website. The dimensions given were 12x12 ft. which should have actually been a little larger than I needed. The canopy I received was smaller, about 11ft 5in x 11ft 5in. I contacted customer service (who was very nice) which suggested a different canopy that was supposedly larger than the one I received despite it's website listed dimensions of 11.6x11.6 ft. I reluctantly took their advice and did in fact receive a canopy that mostly fit, albeit VERY TIGHTLY. I bought the RipLock version which is much better than the original material. The only downsides were the time wasted trying to install an ill fitted canopy along with the time and money wasted for shipping (you pay for shipping both ways, even when it's their fault)."

"I tried several times to contact them by phone. Every time, the phone robots put me on hold. I waited on hold twice for 45 minutes each time. I NEVER got to talk to a human. I even tried calling all their extensions, and only got voicemail for every extension. I was hoping to order several items, but needed questions answered first. I finally settled for ordering on their website, but only ordered one item, because I couldn't get my questions answered. The item arrived, but the quality of the swing canopy was a lot chintzier than the original. The cloth is much thinner. I won't order from them again. "

"This was a gift for my Mom. Her favorite thing to do is read the paper in her swing. The original canopy that came with the swing was getting weatherworn and ripped out last fall .the new canopy came in a couple days and fit perfect. It is made with heavy duty material much better than the original. My mom and I are very happy!

"I purchased 4 of these canopies and they fit like a glove. What I didn't know is that you don't have to take the mechanical housing apart in any way. Just cut off the old one and then slip the new one up from the bottom just like a woman putting on a skirt. You may need some help because the canopy rails get in the way and you have to slip it down until you get the canopy completely up around the canopy rails. Then make sure you pull the zipper located on the upper side of the canopy all the way up and tuck it under the plastic cover on top. Then you are good to go. We are very happy with these awnings and would purchase them again."
