"I was so excited to find your website as we love our structure that was bought from Lowes a few years ago. I immediately bought the most expensive upgraded tarp. From $89 to $149. Thats a pretty big jump! I was very SURPRISED when the item arrived and it is so THIN. There are pin holes in several places. I will be very surprised if it makes it the full summer season. It is what I would have expected if I had purchased the cheaper version. Super sad in North Carolina"

While yours ( the only replacement I can seem to find) only last 2 seasons at which time is already ripped to shreds. Note that I live in California and the first one lasted a lot longer. "

We have had our gazebo frame for several years now and have only had to purchase 3, which is fantastic in my area, in which we live. We are so happy they keep this style still in production. "I ordered a replacement cover for our pergola and had to order the weighted poles as well since we accidentally threw the original ones away. The cover was in but the poles were back ordered so still waiting for the cover and poles to arrive since they ship until entire order is ready. The website itself was easy to manuveur. Would like an update on when I should expect the delivery as its starting to heat up. I really did like the fact that you had different colors available. Can't wait to see if color is as depicted in website because it will hopefully match our house color. Basically my only complaint is the wait, but I suppose I should not have thrown the poles away to begin with. "
"Seems thinner than the original one. Doesn't help that both pieces were about 2 inches shorter than needed. This made it very difficult to attach to structure. Top piece could not go on all four posts at all, so one corner is not secured. I'd be surprised if this makes it a year. I probably just return it."
