"I placed my order online for a 540 denier canopy and checked out. When I received the email confirmation it listed the canopy as a 340 denier which is much lighter and weaker. I called customer service as soon as I saw the email and they told me I couldn’t do anything about it. I told them I wanted the heavier canopy and she said it’s already been shipped. Within one hour I don’t think so. She said I would have to accept the incorrect one and I would have to pay for the return shipping and a restocking fee, I have the canopy still in the original box and haven’t even opened it. This is not my first time ordering from them. I should have known better. Shop elsewhere and you’ll be better off. Customer service is terrible

"I bought the highest rated cover this time, but the same design that we had before. I put it on yesterday and it was baggy. But the top part was too tight, and this kept me from being able to stretch the frame back to where it needs to be. (You have to pop the buttons in order to make everything fit, then pull things back in place afterwards!). I am going to try again to get this back to where it should be today, with my wife's help, but that darned little top is making this difficult. I hope this RipStop 500 lasts longer than the one year we got with the slightly lesser RipStop 350 top! "
