"I ordered 2 canopies, and glad I did. The new canopy seems to be better than the original. They have a few design features that made installation easier (well-placed velcro) and the fit was absolutely perfect! Very happy. The order was: 1 x GT Steel Finial Gazebo Replacement Canopy - RipLock (LCM1309B-RS). Also, it arrived in 6 days. They also had a customer service rep get with me the day of the order via email to make sure I got the correct model. (However, while interacting via email, I saw a video on the website that confirmed I was looking at the correct item, so ended up not needing the extra help. But they were there for me). "This is the second replacement canopy I have purchased. Neither one fits the swing. Apparently when they changed material they got the measurements wrong. Both canopies were about 2 inches short and would not fit all four corners. No amount of stretching worked. They are simply made wrong on a bad pattern and the “new” rip-stop material will not stretch far enough to make it fit properly. Seams have to be ripped and re-sown. As I said, BOTH canopies had exactly the same flaw so they are being made wrong. "

"I have a deck umbrella with no manufacturer identification, so I emailed the GW Customer Service department as online directions instructed. Their response was relatively quick and requested additional pics, which I sent the next day. Their 2nd reply was also prompt and their evaluation was that I had to choose between 2 very similar umbrellas. I was advised of my responsibility for shipping costs for any return should I choose wrong. (That's fair) My canopy arrived in 1 week (west coast to east coast - not bad at all) and it included return instructions & a preprinted shipping label, should I need to return it. I promptly placed the canopy on my umbrella and "viola!"..., wrong one. Dang!! So, on to Plan B. I went online, found the alternative canopy and ordered it on Friday afternoon. Within 4 hours, I received an email notifying me that my product had been shipped (same as before). I packed up the 1st canopy, applied the return label and took it to a UPS shipping station. They scanned it, shipped it and by the end of the day, I received an email from UPS with the tracking number. In 6 days, I received an email notifying me that "tomorrow" I would receive a UPS delivery from GW. And on the 7th day..., my Ring doorbell alerted me that the UPS guy had done his job - mission accomplished!
So, the process has been routinely perfect, twice, and I can highly recommend the product & services of Garden Winds. Good job, everybody!!"
"Had problems trying to find the right replacement. After seeing that you can take a picture of what frame you have and send it in.It took no time at all. I had a response less than 10 minutes. Awesome!! "
