"Fourth gazebo cover we've purchased in 10-years. We live in Southern CA and with each passing year the summers have gotten hotter and have become humid. We leave the cover on year round because, well, it's Southern CA and we have a lot of sunshine. Having said that the covers hold up well despite being beaten by relentless UV rays and summer heat. Will continue to shop Garden Winds."

"I had a canopy top for my deck for years it was destroyed I had no clue what brand it was or what size I sent them a picture and they found the exact fit and I ordered it and it’s beautiful."
"When we received our replacement top and went to put it on our canopy frame there was a rip in the fabric. We understand this was not Garden Winds fault so we are not upset with them. However, when it came to calling to let them know you have to jump through many email hoops just to get them to replace the defective product sent. I had to give many pictures even though i had given them my order number from ordering the first replacement top. I do understand asking for a picture of the damage, however i did not understand why they needed a picture of the frame when i had already ordered the proper top. I feel this process could be streamlined a bit for the company. "
"I ordered the wrong top for my gazebo and when I received it I immediately called customer service and she checked my last order and ordered me the correct one on the spot. It was easy to send back the wrong one as they include a UPS sticker just for that purpose, you can use the same shipping box, and they indicated there will be a $10 charge deducted from the return amount. I am very pleased with the outcome, as this was my error, and the help I received from Garden Winds was efficient and helpful."
