"I found what I needed on their website and it was clearly marked and easily use. I work for a nonprofit company so I contacted them about getting the tax taken off the bill. They simply said that they won’t do it. They said they are a retailer and will always charge tax. I have worked for nonprofits for over 25 years and I have bought from thousands of retailers and millions of dollars of purchases over those years. I have never worked with a company that has not taken our tax ID and either not charged us tax or refunded us the tax price. I will not be using them in the future"
