"First of all, the canopy arrived in just a few days which surprised us greatly! The description of the canopy on the website matched the actual product to a "T". I was very pleased to get this replacement for our old one because it had been more than a few years since we last had to order one. It arrived in perfect condition in a very sturdy box.
It was important to us to discover that the brand name was the same as our original from many years ago. This time we chose the lighter color: beige and it lets in plenty of light to the table below. Installation was easy. The last corner was pretty tight, but after a week of being in place that corner snugged right into place. This cover has a different coating/texture so we're hoping it stands up better than the darker one's in our California sun and heat.
I'm telling anyone reading this review not to hesitate to order from this company... 5 stars from us!!"

I called them to be assured that I submitted the correct information regarding my 3-person patio swing. After sending pictures of the model information sheet and actual swing frame, they sent an email message about my order for the right canopy cover. august. They asked for pictures and labels. Then they say the cushion is unavailable even though they have sent me a replacement canopy previously. Now they say the product they make is too small. If you can make a canopy for the frame, why don’t you make a cushion that fits? "
