The universal canopy did not fit my gazebo. They made it clear on the website that always use universal as opposed to custom as a last resort.
Mine has been out of stock, so I thought I would give it try, unfortunately it did not fit. So I had to return.

I bought this product because of the rip stop fabric. My previous ones lasted two seasons and ripped in the third. I had hoped the last one with rip stop would have lasted longer. Unfortunately it was not hale proof. It is now full of holes but they are not ripping into long rips, they are 90° holes due to the rip stop grid. I'll leave it in place to see how it lasts in the wind before replacing it with this new one. Its a conversation piece for now. "

Company would not give a full refund despite me paying for my own return shipping. NO WHERE in the paperwork provided with the product does it say that. I called & customer service said it was on the return paperwork - which was FALSE and on the website. Most people do not refer BACK to the website for returns ESPECIALLY when the item came with return paperwork that DID NOT indicate - outgoing shipping would not be credited. It only said on the return instructions that if I used THEIR return label it would result in a $10 reduction of your credit refund. NO WHERE did it mention on the return papers a non-refundable outbound shipping. If I paid for shipping to be delivered and NOT using their label for return - I should be getting a full refund since. So I paid for shipping from the company and I paid for shipping SEPARATELY on my own thereby they are not at a loss. If I used the return label that would have been different but I didn't and expected a full refund - not a NON-SENSE reply. Not happy and they would not do anything despite the paperwork NOT reflecting or outlining that information. "
