"The overall purchase experience was good, I sent them pics of my frame, and they confirmed which canopy I needed. It was noted in the product description that the netting did not come with mounting(hanging) hooks, which is good to know. However, what they failed to mention is that the new netting requires several more hooks than the original (original had 36, the replacement requires 56). Not a huge deal since the hooks can be found on Menards website. But had I known this when I placed my order I could have ordered the extra hooks ahead of time, rather than having to order them now, and wait to install the netting. Other than that, I'm quite pleased."

"Completely dissatisfied. I sent in a picture of my gazebo and was told that I would receive a top that was made for that model and would fit my gazebo. The top I received is very, very cheaply made with velco around the open second tier top that does not fit the main part of the top. The material is about 1/2 the thickness of my original (and I have another of the same gazebo with an original top that is well made and sewn rather than velcroed. $123.00 is highway robbery for what I received. I had received a top from another company on Amazon that was also cheaply made so I went to Garden Winds. I should have read the independent reviews. I have had the same experience that many of them have had. I have not been able to contact the company since I received it to even see if there will be any satisfaction from the company. I doubt it but will review again if they actually admit the inferior goods they sent and make some kind of restitution."

I am a little bit dissatisfied with product. Super tight fit was really hard to put on as it seems 1/2 inch small so leaves a small gap around frame. Material is very light and ... I purchased the more expensive in hope of a better material??? I supposed time will tell but wish material was a bit heavier so not to see shadows so easily of everything on the top.....
