"Garden Winds was great at identifying the brand of gazebo I had from a photo and recommending their replacement for that model. Since I had been super unhappy with the original canopy between being thin, holding water and never fitting correctly (too small) I was really disappointed I was being pushed to this replacement canopy vs buying another brand like Sunjoy which seemed much sturdier. Unfortunately Garden Winds had nothing else in their inventory that they said would fit except the designated replacement which was one of the most expensive canopies in their stock. GW appeared to have made upgrades to the original canopy with their special fabric and adding grommets to let the water out. It was still a snug fit and barely attached especially the top canopy. The replacement canopy even though ordered over the weekend arrived super fast and faster than the previous replacement from another vendor which was the wrong fit. "

"Communication was great through out. Product looks great but won't know for some time how it holds up. One suggestion would be to include some form of instruction as getting the top piece to fit was a bit of a challenge. Ended up disconnecting the top structure and then reassembling it after the small piece went on."
