"Can get at most 2 (4-month) seasons from gazebo roof before it sags, leaks, disintegrates and rips. Surface powdery. Have had 3 and same deal with each. Can’t find another seller for this item so I’m stuck. Definitely not worth the price. Am looking into fiberglass sheets to substitute."

"Ordered a replacement canopy. Got a tracking # from GW only to have them cancel the order on the day it was supposed to arrive due to lack of inventory. If the item was not in stock GW should have given notice up front."

"The quality of the product is great, but it is slightly too small for the frame. I am still trying figure out how to make it work with out over stressing the seams. I have 7 of the 8 corners of the big cover secured and waiting for the material to stretch to try the 8th without tearing it.
The little cover was a real task to get it on the frame, but after all that, the frame is bowed so much I can't get it into it's position on the main frame. I have it removed right now, while I figure out how to make it work. It look like I may have to cut the little frame arms back a little to make it work."
