"Top was received in good shape and timely. The top is too short in the depth by 6" and not the color blue I ordered. The original color was a deep Navy blue like the picture of the white frame, Navy blue 2 seater swing in your advertisement. The first picture was on your web site under Walmart, the second two pictures show the short depth and the wrong color.

Is it possible to get a top six inches deeper and deep navy blue?

"I was glad to find what I hoped to be a replacement for the base cover for my large patio umbrella. The material is so very thin, however, that I can't see it lasting even through the summer. Also, although I appreciate the zipper to put the cover around the pole of the umbrella, there were no strings or fasteners or anything to secure it to the base of the umbrella stand so there is no way to keep it from blowing up and away from the base. This makes it rather unusable. It needs to be a heavy duty fabric and there need to be fasteners or ties of some sort to secure the 4 sides to the base of the umbrella stand. Without these adjustments, it is not useful."

"This is my second replacement cover, and the measurements and quality are no where near the same. It is at least 6 inches too short. The sleeves for the poles were too narrow. It was a total failure. The seams ripped when trying to put it on. I am very disappointed. We did not have an issue with the cover fitting from a few years ago. Somehow the specifications have changed."

Garden Winds was quick to respond and provided info on the one they felt would fit. We took a chance on it, and can now fully enjoy our gazebo again! "When I ordered a canopy for my swing. I made sure the pictures on the website matched exactly what my frame looked like. When the canopy was ordered and received it was approx. two inches too short in width. The bolts would not attach on the sides due to the canopy being too short. When I asked to return. They email stated that not only would I have to cover my own cost to ship it back ( which I had no problem with) They were also going to charge me $50 to cover their cost of the initial shipping. The total would have cost me over $100 in shipping and duties. And the (wrong size) canopy that they sent me was roughly $120. So if I had returned the product I would only receive less than $20 back.
This whole experience has made me not trust online sellers to have the right size product. And I will definitely never order from Garden Winds again.
