"We were given a pergalaby our neighbors. When it came time to replace the cover, we only know that they purchadedcutvfrom the Christmas Tree Shop. After looking extensively for the correct cover we came upon Garden Winds and their advertisement that if we sent a picture that would send us the correct size. We had no paper work to help us with the model #. Sure enough we text the canopy frame and we were able to purchase the correct size. A great company to do business with. From the the time we placed our order just after Memorial Day, we received our cover in much less time time than was originally quoted. They also carry swing covers and cushion replacements. "The replacement canopy arrived very fast. It seems to be a tad small, I understand they need to be tight but it is just too tight, we are unable to attach the middle rails and the side panels do not hang just right. Some of the poles are just barely in the pocket for the canopy to be able to fit. "
"My husband came home with a 3-seat Garden Winds swing 15 years ago. I scoffed at it at first but it's turned out to be one of the best purchases he's ever made. We live in an extremely hot sunny climate and for the first 10 years we had it in our backyard with only the cover of the swing to give us any shade. About 5 years ago we moved it to the front on our covered porch. The fact that I've been able to replace the cushion to it is what's made it last. Cushions tend to get a lot of wear and tear. I just received the 3rd cushion (in 15 years) and it arrived in a timely matter, at a decent price with excellent UPS tracking. We replaced the worn cushion the same day with a little bit of mechanical work but the swing is as good as new. Be sure to keep the part number and sign on handy.
