"I ordered a canopy replacement on May 2nd and I am aware that it will be back ordered for a month. I was ok with it. I called on May 28th to verify when will be the estimated ship date, Ethel, the CS stated June 3rd. No confirmation on June 3rd. I called the next day. Now it won’t be ship for another month, June 30th. I will call again on June 30th. Let’s see if it will be ship this time..."
