"I was impressed when I called Garden Winds with their friendly professionalism in handling my order. I have not yet installed the cover for my gazebo, but assume it is of the same quality as the one I replaced a few years ago. I would like to see a higher quality replacement between the price of this one and the $500 upgrade they currently offer. They took my order and advised it would take 5-7 business days for delivery. The next week included a holiday so I was surprised to receive the cover in 4 business days. They are in California, and I live in Texas. "
