"I purchased my swing via walmart in 2016. When I needed a new canopy I called Garden Winds last Sept to confirm the canopy online with Walmart was correct for my swing. I was told yes so I purchased it at the end of last season in Sept. I got the canopy and put the unopened box in my garage until spring. I opened it this May only to discover I was advised to purchase and sent the wrong canopy. I called Garden Winds in May and was told you have a 30 or 60 day return and since this was purchased last Sept., I was out of luck for a return or exchange and therefore had to spend another $68 on a new correct canopy. I had to therefore buy 2 canopies based on incorrect information from your company last fall. Not happy"

"It took me a long time to find a 12 x12 with HOOKS. I need hooks in order to fit the frame I have.On my last one I had to replace the elastic on the hooks the second year I had it. Maybe you could use a much stronger elastic. (just something to think about). Other than that I would rate it a 5 star also please do not stop making a 12 x 12. "
