"I live in Pennsylvania so we have our gazebo Canopy up about 4 months out of the year. We ordered a replacement canopy top on 4/16/19 and paid a little more for the RipLock 350 canopy top installed it and it LOOKED stronger then the original one but looks are deceiving because we put it up Back up for our second season on 5/2/20 and on 5/6/20 we noticed that it was ripped right Down the side. So we did not even get 5 months of use out of this canopy top. We called to let them know we did not even get 5 months of USE out of this canopy top Even though we’ve had it for 12 months. On 5/19/20 we call them and were told the canopy top was out of warranty and we could order a replacement top but they were on back order till the end of June. This is unacceptable"
