"The netting is a nice gauge but the canopy seems too thin to last. And this is their best 350 canopy. (not Sunbrella) The fit was very tight for canopy where straining muscles were involved to pull over corners. So tight that the threading at the anchor points were all stretching where I thought it would rip. Looks very nice once up but I know it won’t give me years of use because of overly tight fit. Plus at $200.00 for set it is costly if it lasts for only one season."

"If I could give them zero stars I would. I was supposed to receive my back ordered canopy by April 30. I ordered it back in March! I needed that cover because I have people coming for my daughter’s graduation next weekend. I was replacing one of Garden Winds Rip Lock canopies-sadly that one lasted only 6 months. Since Garden Winds is the only company that has the Bricks 10x10, I was forced to reorder with them.
Tonight when I called, the representative told me it would be shipped June 30th! I told her I could not believe no one contacted me to let me know that. I’ve been waiting on it because I knew I needed it soon! She said they sent me an email and when I told her I’ve been waiting and checking my email daily, she “looked it up” and said they sent their email (to let me know of the delay) today! That was obviously a lie. My emails were right there on my laptop screen. She lied! Why was it necessary to lie to me!? That is unacceptable and for that reason alone, I cancelled the order. I will NEVER patronise their company again. Terrible terrible business with poor communication with repeat customers. You certainly failed this Customer!"

"Item was miss delivered by ups. GW shipped another before ups picked up original. When contacted GW had ups redirect item back to them. Good experience other then I was on hold for 30 to 45 minutes with each call to them. "
