"The service was absolutely excellent -- we received our gazebo lightning-fast and the free shipping was wonderful. So many things you order online come with exhorbitant shipping fees (sometimes more or almost the same price as the item ordered).
Unfortunately the one we received is not the one in the picture -- the description states (vaguely) that it is different, but why not post a picture of the actual one the customer will receive? For us it was no problem -- the one we received is really nice and of great quality.
My only concern is that I contacted Garden Winds by email to ask about the item actually shown in the picture, but did not receive a reply. We would still like to obtain the one pictured (actually we would buy more than one). I assume that the one pictured is no longer made but it would have been nice for them to answer my query.
