"I ordered a new gazebo canvas for my existing gazebo. I recently purchased my home and wanted to get a replacement top for my gazebo. I submitted a photo and what little information I knew about the previous owner. I was directed to the correct gazebo. When I ordered it, I realized I had used my old address so I cancelled the order on-line which was handled quickly. I was going to reorder but then I realized since I wouldn't be putting it on til next Spring, it would be better to order it then so if there was an issue, i.e., torn or didn't fit properly, it would be easier to return as it would be closer to the order date. I do plan on reordering it in the Spring and what limited exposure I had with Garden Winds was excellent."

"This is not my first time ordering from Garden Winds. To be honest there really isn't any other choice out there when it comes to canopy replacements; Garden winds has pretty much cornered the market. The only other option I know of is to co to a canvas place and have them make one, but that would most likely be 3 to 4 times more.
The last time I had to order a canopy for my gazebo was 2 years ago so I guess the quality when it comes to longevity is about the same as the original that came with my gazebo. The issue that I'm having is they now offer different qualities of replacement canopies. They have the Good (300) Better (RipLock 350) Best (RipLock 500) and then Sunbrella Brand; but only on select canopies. I ordered the same canopy (RipLock 350) that I had ordered 2 years ago as that was the only option available. I just wish they offered the RipLock 500 or the Sunbrella brand for all if not most of the replacement canopies they sell. I guess the one good thing is that the price was still the same from the last time I had ordered which was about $130 before tax and shipping. As small and light as the packages are; you'd think they would offer free shipping considering they must be making a ton of money on these. They do come from China... "
"I tried to cancel this order within 5 minutes of placing the order, but they said that they could not cancel it because it had already been shipped (at 1:00 am EST). They were not delivered for 8 days, and I had to pay $93 in shipping (why I tried to cancel the order. Now I have them, they don't fit, and I am expected to ship them back on my dime ($119 x 4) which leaves me getting $67.13 back after all of the shipping charges that I have paid. I will never do business with this company again!"

"Great experience, ordering was easy. the delivery came in less than 24hrs. The canopy fit well but not perfect. No problem with that. I expected the canopy would not fit exactly. The only shocker was the difference in the amount I thought I was paying and the amount I was charged. I must have missed the part about being charged in US Funds. The web site appeared to be their Canadian version, (there is a US website) No where did I see any mention of being charged in US Funds. I may have not seen that. Other than that I'm sooo happy with my canopy."
