"Ordered once and I wouldn't do it again. I ordered the wrong thing. I was prepared to order correct item until I took my UPS box in and it cost me $96 and change. I could not believe it. Looked at my invoice and it only cost them $36 dollars and change to send to me. WHY? Who knows, so I called customer service to inquire about the difference. Told, since it was my mistake and not there's, no shipping credit would be applied. That did it for me. I will not order from them again. Very rude experience and no help offered what so ever."

"We got a gazebo canopy last year from Garden Winds. We took it down for the winter and put it back up last spring. It rotted in the garage. It started shredding shortly after we put it back up. Hopefully the new one I just got will last longer. It feels thicker. I’ll keep my fingers crossed. "

"Color is way off from the original. It's great that they note it is not the original color but a real picture of the color should be shown.
The canopy is also really loose and water puddles and gets trapped on top of it. So then you have to push upward on it and get wet and your cushions get wet and you can't use it then for half a day. Should have just bought a new swing."
