"Although the top appears to be fairly well made it has some features that could be better. I ordered this gazebo top and screen as a replacement for a 10' square gazebo bought several years ago from Target. I had previously ordered a replacement from Target only to discover it was Chinese made and was apparently made under metric measurements since it was several inches too short to fit. I then ordered another replacement from Garden Winds. Shipment was prompt and was received within a few days. Although it was supposed to be a replacement for a 10' gazebo, after installation I found it to be a very loose fit. The top was so loose that when it rains water catches in the edges of all four sides and has begun to stretch the material even looser. I have had to purchase tarp clips so I can attach ropes to pull the top taut and eliminate the slack. This makes it unhandy in getting into and out of the gazebo, but seems to be the only way I can solve the problem."

"I called to mention that the 2 pergolas I purchased needed to be returned as they were the wrong size and I was told that I would be charged $45 per pergola for a total of $90. Way too expensive and why two charges when it was one delivery?
I was told I could consider reselling it on kigigi when I complained so it's sitting in my shed collecting dust and I'm out a few hundred dollars for nothing. Very disappointing "

"The quality of the cover wasn't worth the price. This is the second cover I got. I ordered a cover a month ago from Hayneedle and paid 45 dollars less and it was much better quality unfortunately they sent me a 9 foot cover and I needed a 10 foot which is what the description said so when I called they told me it didn't come in that size they were very pleasant to work with. This is why I ordered from your company. I just don't want to deal with the hassle of sending it back. "
