So disappointed with this company.

"I had been told the replacement would fit it didn't. Now to return it and get my money back they will deduct $45 from the total owed for there shipping cost.
I will never use them again.

Very unprofessional

"They have staff who were not accurate with their canopy selection. I receive the item and the have to pay 35$ shipping as well as $45 of taxes when I even sent photos of the frame. Spoke with Rachel who was not supportive at all. Will never recommend."

Only replacement covers

"The canopy I thought i ordered was only the replacement top and zippered netting. I mistakenly thought that I was buying a full setup. When I received the product. I went back and looked at the discription and noticed one smal time it mentioned that the item was a replacement canopy. When I called Gardin Winds, the representative told me “we only sell replacements “ as if I knew. It cost me not only the $9.50 shipping charge but then I had to pay $10 to ship it back. Be sure u order the correct item or u will be out close to $20!"

Very old frame but great results

"We initially emailed our frame picture and measurements to the service staff and got a very quick review and response. Since our frame was old we could only use the general all purpose canopy to replace. The shipping was very fast and the product came in exactly as described. A couple of quick modifications to our frame and it fit perfectly."

Slow to respond

"I ordered an item online, then canceled it an hour later. The item shipped anyway the next day and then a few hours later I received an email stating the item had shipped already and could not be canceled. Bottom line, I had to pay for shipping($10) both ways, for nothing. "
