"This is the worst product you could EVER purchase!! The day I installed it , we got some rain , not a bad storm at all , just a little rain shower ; and this canopy didn't work at all. Water wasn't just seeping through , it was pouring through , and not just at the seams , it came though EVEYWHERE. I contacted their customer service , told them what happened , and was told that they don't consider that defective , and just to return it for a refund , minus $10.00 for using their prepaid label , and they would resell it. I informed them that when I took it down , it got dirty , so it couldn't be resold , so they asked for pictures , which I sent them , showing them the dirt. Their response was that since it was dirty , they would only refund me 20% of purchase price , and they still don't consider it "defective". Why someone would EVER purchase a product like this , and not need a degree of protection from the rain , is beyond me. I am still going back and forth with their customer service , trying to convince them that it is indeed defective , but I honestly don't see that going anywhere. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY , IT WILL BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE YOU WILL EVER MAKE!!!"
"I was given a 10'x10' universal replacement canopy for a birthday present back in February. I finally got a chance to put in on two weeks ago. Much to my dismay the universal cover did not fit on my 10' x 10' frame. I called Garden Winds and asked about returning the cover and ordering the proper size cover. I was told that it had been longer than 90 days and my cover was unreturnable and non-refundable even though I had just taken the cover out of its plastic bag. I ended up ordering the correct replacemnt cover and it looks great. Garden Winds customer service needs to take a page out of Amazons playbook about "satisfied customers are return customers". When people visit and comment on our gazebo and the nice looking cover I make sure each one knows the story of the first cover and the archaic policies of Garden Winds and their customer service department. Buyer beware !!!!"

"I loved the idea that we could take a picture of our gazebo and text it in to get help finding the correct cover. I searched numerous places and could not find one as our gazebo was older and gifted to us so we did not know where it was purchased.
The top piece of our cover was a little small for the top cross piece of our gazebo but a hacksaw fixed that, lol! The cover looks awesome. "
