"Received our order for canopy top and mosquito netting... looked great UNTIL... we realized the netting has no place to hang the hooks. I called and had to send a picture to them and still waiting to hear back. Says it may take 24-48 hours. Customer service rep didn’t seem to bothered by the fact the product hey sold was faulty. We have (had) a party tonight on the patio that now we will be moving inside due to the unfinished gazebo. How can you forget to add a loop for hooks? How else is it supposed to hang up? Ugh! Frustrated beyond words! "
