"So I did received the product around the end of June as the lady of the customer service said over the phone. This replacement canopy is only about half as thick and not opaque as the original, there are patches of the fabrics that were not treated with fabric protector (it's very noticeable when seen from the second floor window when raining) and the rubber undercoat also missed some spots, very strange. For the price I was expecting more. Anyway considering there isn't any other options (except replacing the whole thing with another canopy) I gave three stars out of five. "
